  1. woo hoo! how clever.... I hadn't heard anything about audioboo - so it was really interesting to hear about it (verrrry intersting to me - because if you looked closely at a post of mine around new year you would have noticed I posted a piccie of a funny looking gadget...... yep - it was a digital recorder with condenser mic - also in shot was big fat headphones.... yep - I've been fiddling away in the background trying to work out podcasting!) I'll have to have a closer look at the set up you've used as it sounded really really good! I look forward to hearing more from you (and if you tell me this was done on your i-phone I think I'll simply scream!)

  3. Hi ronnie,

I'm afraid I missed the telltale signs that you are venturing into "audio" work!

Sorry but I did do this with my IPhone!!!! You've got one too tho' so why are you screaming right now? Have you paid out heaps for gear that isn't doing the job? Sounds like a typical audio scenario to me - my husband is a musician and has done some sound art work also, so I know how it goes. That said, I didn't find out about Audioboo from him.

The podcast I did had a limit of 3 mins but that is with the free version. You can join up and pay something (not sure how much) and the limit is greatly extended. It xshould all be on the website http://Audioboo.fm

Chipmunk - hmm, yes, my voice. The only drawbackI think. I hope I haven't horrified any gentle foreign ears.......? Xox

  5. Isn't technology amazing? All these new worlds opened up to us. It's so much more personal to have a voice going with the words! Nice.

  7. Hey Amanda, it did sound just like you! A great idea and you'll be able to talk to us in cafes and maybe museums around the world. Is there anything the iPhone can't do? I've signed up but not sure if I'll use it just yet.
